How do I receive my download?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed via PayFast, you will receive an email with a secure download link. Click the link to download your PDF. If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.

What format are the downloads?

All products are delivered as PDF files, optimised for both screen reading and printing. They open on any device — phone, tablet, laptop or desktop — without any special software beyond a standard PDF reader.

Can I print the products?

Yes. All our digital products are designed to be print-friendly. The eBook and Meal Plan are formatted for A4 printing. The Shopping Cards are formatted for A5 (half A4) printing.

Do you offer a refund?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of download and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
