Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and all the spices together in a jar.
- Add the almond milk, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in the morning and top with chopped almonds and a pinch more cinnamon.
Notes
Fully vegan. Warm it gently for a spiced-latte feel on cold mornings.
