Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and all the spices together in a jar.
  2. Add the almond milk, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup and mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir in the morning and top with chopped almonds and a pinch more cinnamon.

Notes

Fully vegan. Warm it gently for a spiced-latte feel on cold mornings.
