Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
- Add the milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, swirl the yoghurt with a little extra maple and spoon it over the top like glaze.
Notes
For an extra cinnamon-roll feel, ripple the cinnamon through rather than mixing it in fully.
