Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats

Swirls of cinnamon and a creamy yoghurt glaze make this jar taste just like a warm cinnamon roll.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, swirl the yoghurt with a little extra maple and spoon it over the top like glaze.

Notes

For an extra cinnamon-roll feel, ripple the cinnamon through rather than mixing it in fully.
