Method
- Mash half the banana into a jar and stir in the peanut butter and honey.
- Add the oats and chia seeds and mix to combine.
- Pour in the milk and yoghurt, stir well, then seal and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir, top with the sliced banana and an extra swirl of peanut butter.
Notes
Use crunchy peanut butter for texture. A South African favourite with Jungle Oats.
