Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey and mix well.
  3. Fold through half of the sliced strawberries, then seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining strawberries and a swirl of yoghurt before serving.

Notes

Frozen strawberries work in winter and thaw perfectly overnight. A little lemon zest lifts the flavour.
