Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey and mix well.
- Fold through half of the sliced strawberries, then seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining strawberries and a swirl of yoghurt before serving.
Notes
Frozen strawberries work in winter and thaw perfectly overnight. A little lemon zest lifts the flavour.
