Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk or plant milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Combine the oats, chia, flax and hemp seeds in a jar and stir.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt and honey and mix thoroughly.
  3. Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining berries and an extra sprinkle of seeds in the morning.

Notes

The flax and chia add a big dose of omega-3s and fibre. Add a scoop of moringa or baobab powder for an extra local superfood boost.
