Method
- Combine the oats, chia, flax and hemp seeds in a jar and stir.
- Add the milk, yoghurt and honey and mix thoroughly.
- Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining berries and an extra sprinkle of seeds in the morning.
Notes
The flax and chia add a big dose of omega-3s and fibre. Add a scoop of moringa or baobab powder for an extra local superfood boost.
