Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and cocoa together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, peanut butter and maple syrup and mix until smooth.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir well in the morning and top with an extra swirl of peanut butter and a few choc chips.
Notes
Add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to push this past 25g protein.
