Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Rich cocoa and salty peanut butter the ultimate chocolate-PB combo in a creamy, protein-packed jar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and cocoa together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt, peanut butter and maple syrup and mix until smooth.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir well in the morning and top with an extra swirl of peanut butter and a few choc chips.

Notes

Add a scoop of chocolate protein powder to push this past 25g protein.
