Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 banana half mashed, half sliced
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mash half the banana in a jar, then stir in the almond butter and vanilla.
  2. Add the oats and chia seeds and mix to coat.
  3. Pour in the almond milk, stir well, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with the sliced banana and a drizzle more almond butter.

Notes

Naturally dairy-free and easily vegan if you skip any honey. Swap almond butter for peanut butter if that’s what’s in the cupboard.
