Dairy-Free Almond Butter & Banana Overnight Oats
Creamy without a drop of dairy almond milk and almond butter blended with sweet banana for a smooth, satisfying jar.

Method
- Mash half the banana in a jar, then stir in the almond butter and vanilla.
- Add the oats and chia seeds and mix to coat.
- Pour in the almond milk, stir well, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with the sliced banana and a drizzle more almond butter.
Notes
Naturally dairy-free and easily vegan if you skip any honey. Swap almond butter for peanut butter if that’s what’s in the cupboard.
