Double Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, protein powder, cocoa and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk and Greek yoghurt and mix until smooth with no powder pockets.
  3. Stir through most of the choc chips, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Loosen with a splash of milk in the morning and top with the reserved choc chips.

Notes

Add a tablespoon of milk before eating, as protein powder thickens the oats overnight.
