Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup plain kefir
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the kefir, milk and honey and mix well.
  3. Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining berries in the morning.

Notes

Kefir adds live cultures for gut health. Use a plant-based kefir to keep it dairy-free.
