Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar with the apple juice and milk.
- Add the yoghurt and sultanas and mix well.
- Fold through most of the grated apple, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the chopped nuts and reserved apple in the morning.
Notes
The classic that started it all, created by Dr Bircher-Benner. Apple juice gives it a gentle sweetness.
