PB&J Protein Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp berry jam or mashed berries

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, protein powder and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Swirl the jam through the top in the morning for that classic PB&J look.

Notes

Use mashed fresh berries instead of jam to cut the sugar.
