PB&J Protein Overnight Oats
Peanut butter and a berry-jam swirl with a protein boost a nostalgic, filling jar grown-ups and kids both love.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, protein powder and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt and peanut butter and mix until smooth.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Swirl the jam through the top in the morning for that classic PB&J look.
Notes
Use mashed fresh berries instead of jam to cut the sugar.
