Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey and mix.
- Fold through half the diced peaches, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining peaches and a little extra yoghurt.
Notes
Drain tinned peaches well so the oats stay thick. A pinch of cinnamon is lovely here.
