Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, caramel and vanilla and mix until the caramel dissolves.
- Stir through most of the grated peppermint chocolate, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining grated chocolate in the morning.
Notes
A real treat-day jar. Use just a thin swirl of caramel to keep it from being too sweet.
