Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp caramel treat (dulce de leche)
  • 2 tbsp peppermint crisp chocolate grated
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt, caramel and vanilla and mix until the caramel dissolves.
  3. Stir through most of the grated peppermint chocolate, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining grated chocolate in the morning.

Notes

A real treat-day jar. Use just a thin swirl of caramel to keep it from being too sweet.
