Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk drinking
  • 1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and half the desiccated coconut in a jar.
  2. Add the coconut milk and coconut yoghurt and mix well.
  3. Fold through half the pineapple, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining pineapple and coconut in the morning.

Notes

Fully vegan and dairy-free. Tastes like a holiday frozen pineapple works in winter.
