Method
- Brew a strong cup of rooibos and let it cool completely.
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
- Add the cooled rooibos, milk, yoghurt and honey, then mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight. Stir and add a little more honey to taste in the morning.
Notes
Brew the rooibos strong so the flavour carries through. Caffeine-free, so lovely for kids and evenings too.
