Budget Banana & Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Four cheap, everyday ingredients oats, milk, banana and cinnamon for a tasty jar that costs next to nothing.

- Mash the banana in a jar.
- Stir in the oats, milk and cinnamon.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in the morning that’s it, breakfast for the price of a banana.
Notes
No yoghurt, no chia, no fuss just store-cupboard staples. Add a spoon of peanut butter if you have it.
