Budget Banana & Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Four cheap, everyday ingredients oats, milk, banana and cinnamon for a tasty jar that costs next to nothing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana in a jar.
  2. Stir in the oats, milk and cinnamon.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir in the morning that’s it, breakfast for the price of a banana.

Notes

No yoghurt, no chia, no fuss just store-cupboard staples. Add a spoon of peanut butter if you have it.
