Kid-Friendly Choc-Banana Overnight Oats
Tastes like chocolate pudding, sneaks in banana and oats a lunchbox-ready jar the kids will actually ask for.

Method
- Mash the banana in a jar, then whisk in the cocoa powder and honey until smooth.
- Stir in the oats until coated.
- Add the milk and yoghurt and mix well, then seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Give it a good stir in the morning and top with banana coins or a few choc chips for the lunchbox.
Notes
Make it in a sealable tub so it travels to school without spills. Swap honey for maple syrup for under-ones or vegan kids.
