Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp honey or to taste

Method

  1. Mash the banana in a jar, then whisk in the cocoa powder and honey until smooth.
  2. Stir in the oats until coated.
  3. Add the milk and yoghurt and mix well, then seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Give it a good stir in the morning and top with banana coins or a few choc chips for the lunchbox.

Notes

Make it in a sealable tub so it travels to school without spills. Swap honey for maple syrup for under-ones or vegan kids.
