Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Protein Oats
Creamy cottage cheese and sweet pineapple make a surprisingly delicious, protein-rich tropical jar.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the milk, cottage cheese and honey and mix well.
- Fold through half the crushed pineapple, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining pineapple in the morning.
Notes
Blend the cottage cheese first if you prefer a smoother texture. Big protein, tropical flavour.
