Cottage Cheese & Pineapple Protein Oats

Creamy cottage cheese and sweet pineapple make a surprisingly delicious, protein-rich tropical jar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese smooth
  • 1/2 cup pineapple crushed
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, cottage cheese and honey and mix well.
  3. Fold through half the crushed pineapple, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining pineapple in the morning.

Notes

Blend the cottage cheese first if you prefer a smoother texture. Big protein, tropical flavour.
