Gluten-Free Berry & Quinoa Overnight Oats
Certified gluten-free oats plus protein-rich quinoa flakes and tangy mixed berries a wheat-free jar that still keeps you full till lunch.
Ingredients
Method
- Combine the gluten-free oats, quinoa flakes and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt and maple syrup and stir well.
- Fold through half of the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining berries in the morning and stir before eating.
Notes
Always check the oats are certified gluten-free, as standard oats are often cross-contaminated. Frozen berries thaw perfectly overnight.
