Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp pecans chopped
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt and maple syrup and mix.
  3. Stir through half the chopped pecans, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining pecans and an extra drizzle of maple.

Notes

Toast the pecans first for a deeper flavour. Walnuts work just as well.
