Lemon Poppy Seed Overnight Oats
Bright lemon and little pops of poppy seed make this a zesty, refreshing jar to wake up to.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds, poppy seeds and lemon zest in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, lemon juice and honey and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in the morning and top with a little extra lemon zest.
Notes
Add the lemon juice with the yoghurt so it doesn’t curdle the milk. Blueberries make a lovely topping.
