Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats
All the flavour of a warm blueberry muffin vanilla, lemon and bursting blueberries in a five-minute make-ahead jar.

Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and lemon zest together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey and mix.
- Fold through half the blueberries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the rest of the blueberries in the morning.
Notes
Frozen blueberries bleed a lovely purple swirl overnight. Add a spoon of ground almonds for a muffin-crumb taste.
