Mango & Coconut Overnight Oats
A tropical, summery jar sweet mango and creamy coconut over chilled oats. Tastes like a holiday and is ready when you wake up.

Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and half the desiccated coconut in a jar.
- Add the coconut milk and yoghurt and mix well.
- Fold through half the mango, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining mango and coconut in the morning.
Notes
Frozen mango works year-round and thaws perfectly overnight. Dairy-free if you use a coconut or plant yoghurt.
