Mocha Coffee Overnight Oats

Coffee and chocolate in one jar your morning brew and breakfast sorted at the same time.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and cocoa together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, cooled coffee, yoghurt and maple syrup and mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir in the morning and top with a few dark choc shavings.

Notes

Use instant coffee dissolved in a splash of hot water if you don’t have brewed coffee.
