Vanilla Bean Classic Overnight Oats

The simple, creamy base recipe vanilla, oats and yoghurt ready to enjoy as-is or topped with whatever you have.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt, vanilla and honey and mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir in the morning and top with fresh fruit, nuts or a drizzle of honey.
