- Stir the oats, milk and cinnamon together in a jar.
- Fold through most of the grated apple.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the reserved apple in the morning.
Notes
Naturally sweetened by the apple. A drizzle of honey is optional if you like it sweeter.
