4-Ingredient Apple Overnight Oats

Oats, milk, apple and cinnamon four humble ingredients for a fresh, fuss-free, low-cost jar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 apple grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, milk and cinnamon together in a jar.
  2. Fold through most of the grated apple.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the reserved apple in the morning.

Notes

Naturally sweetened by the apple. A drizzle of honey is optional if you like it sweeter.
