Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Coffee-soaked oats, creamy mascarpone-style yoghurt and a dusting of cocoa tiramisu you can eat for breakfast.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the milk, cooled coffee and maple syrup and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with the mascarpone and dust generously with cocoa powder.
Notes
Use decaf coffee for an evening-friendly version. A few crushed boudoir biscuits add the classic texture.
