Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Coffee-soaked oats, creamy mascarpone-style yoghurt and a dusting of cocoa tiramisu you can eat for breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup mascarpone or thick yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, cooled coffee and maple syrup and mix well.
  3. Seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, top with the mascarpone and dust generously with cocoa powder.

Notes

Use decaf coffee for an evening-friendly version. A few crushed boudoir biscuits add the classic texture.
