Raspberry Almond Overnight Oats
Tart raspberries and nutty almond come together over a creamy almond-milk base naturally dairy-free.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds in a jar.
- Add the almond milk, coconut yoghurt, almond extract and maple syrup and mix.
- Fold through half the raspberries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining raspberries and flaked almonds.
Notes
Use a plant yoghurt to keep it fully dairy-free and vegan. Frozen raspberries swirl beautifully overnight.
