Green Apple & Cinnamon Light Overnight Oats
Crisp green apple and cinnamon over a light, low-cal base fresh, filling and quick to throw together.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
- Add the milk and yoghurt and mix well.
- Fold through most of the grated apple, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the reserved apple and a pinch more cinnamon.
Notes
A smaller oat portion keeps the calories down while the chia and apple keep you full.
