Kiwi, Ginger & Yoghurt Overnight Oats
Zingy kiwi and fresh ginger over creamy yoghurt oats refreshing and gentle on digestion.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and grated ginger in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt and honey and mix well.
- Fold through half the diced kiwi, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining kiwi in the morning.
Notes
Kiwi contains natural enzymes that aid digestion. Add the kiwi topping fresh for the best texture.
