Kiwi, Ginger & Yoghurt Overnight Oats

Zingy kiwi and fresh ginger over creamy yoghurt oats refreshing and gentle on digestion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats, chia seeds and grated ginger in a jar.
  2. Add the milk, yoghurt and honey and mix well.
  3. Fold through half the diced kiwi, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining kiwi in the morning.

Notes

Kiwi contains natural enzymes that aid digestion. Add the kiwi topping fresh for the best texture.
