Zero-Added-Sugar Berry Overnight Oats
Sweetened only by fruit, this light berry jar is packed with fibre and gentle on blood sugar.

Method
- Mash the banana in a jar, then stir in the oats and chia seeds.
- Add the milk and yoghurt and mix well the banana is your only sweetener.
- Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining berries in the morning.
Notes
No added sugar at all the banana and berries do the sweetening. High in fibre to keep you full.
