Zero-Added-Sugar Berry Overnight Oats

Sweetened only by fruit, this light berry jar is packed with fibre and gentle on blood sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1/2 banana mashed

Method
 

  1. Mash the banana in a jar, then stir in the oats and chia seeds.
  2. Add the milk and yoghurt and mix well the banana is your only sweetener.
  3. Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining berries in the morning.

Notes

No added sugar at all the banana and berries do the sweetening. High in fibre to keep you full.
