Make-Ahead Peanut Butter Banana Oats (4 Jars)

A four-jar batch of creamy peanut butter banana oats prep once on Sunday and grab a jar all week.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the peanut butter, honey, milk and yoghurt.
  2. Stir in the oats and chia seeds until evenly combined.
  3. Divide between four jars or tubs, seal and refrigerate.
  4. Grab a jar each morning they keep well for up to four days.

Notes

Makes 4 servings. Add sliced banana fresh each morning so it doesn’t brown.
