Big-Batch Berry Meal-Prep Oats (4 Jars)
A lighter four-jar batch with mixed berries and Greek yoghurt a week of low-sugar breakfasts sorted.

Method
- Whisk the milk, Greek yoghurt and honey together in a large bowl.
- Stir in the oats and chia seeds.
- Divide between four jars, then top each with berries, seal and refrigerate.
- Grab a jar each morning keeps for up to four days.
Notes
Makes 4 servings. Higher in protein and lower in sugar than most batches. Frozen berries work brilliantly.
