Big-Batch Berry Meal-Prep Oats (4 Jars)

A lighter four-jar batch with mixed berries and Greek yoghurt a week of low-sugar breakfasts sorted.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 cups milk low-fat or plant
  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey optional

Method
 

  1. Whisk the milk, Greek yoghurt and honey together in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the oats and chia seeds.
  3. Divide between four jars, then top each with berries, seal and refrigerate.
  4. Grab a jar each morning keeps for up to four days.

Notes

Makes 4 servings. Higher in protein and lower in sugar than most batches. Frozen berries work brilliantly.
