Berry Protein Blast Overnight Oats
Vanilla protein and mixed berries make a light, high-protein jar that keeps you full without weighing you down.

Method
- Stir the oats, protein powder and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Add the milk and Greek yoghurt and mix until smooth.
- Fold through half the berries, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with the remaining berries in the morning.
Notes
High in protein and fibre but lower in sugar a great choice if you’re watching calories.
