Skinny Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats

A pared-back, lower-calorie vanilla jar extra chia for staying power, less oats and no added sugar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup plain fat-free yoghurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 date chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
  2. Add the almond milk, yoghurt and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Stir through the chopped date if using, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir in the morning and top with a few fresh berries.

Notes

Lower in calories but high in fibre thanks to the extra chia. Skip the date for the lightest version.
