Skinny Vanilla Chia Overnight Oats
A pared-back, lower-calorie vanilla jar extra chia for staying power, less oats and no added sugar.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats and chia seeds together in a jar.
- Add the almond milk, yoghurt and vanilla and mix well.
- Stir through the chopped date if using, seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir in the morning and top with a few fresh berries.
Notes
Lower in calories but high in fibre thanks to the extra chia. Skip the date for the lightest version.
