Malva Pudding-Inspired Overnight Oats
The warm, caramelly apricot-jam flavours of South Africa’s beloved malva pudding in a make-ahead jar, no oven required.
Ingredients
Method
- Stir the oats, chia seeds and cinnamon together in a jar.
- Add the milk, yoghurt, apricot jam and golden syrup and mix well.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight.
- Warm gently for a true malva feel, then top with pecans and an extra drizzle of syrup.
